2. Repair Services
- All repairs are performed by trained technicians.
- Estimated repair times are provided but may vary depending on device condition and parts availability.
- A1 Wireless is not responsible for delays caused by unavailable parts or unforeseen issues.
3. Pricing & Payments
- Prices are provided as estimates and may change after full device inspection.
- Final cost will be communicated before proceeding with the repair.
- Full payment must be made before device collection.
4. Customer Responsibility
- Customers must provide accurate information about device issues.
- Remove SIM cards, memory cards, and personal accessories before submitting the device.
- A1 Wireless is not responsible for loss of personal data.
5. Data & Privacy
- Customers are advised to back up their data before repair.
- We are not responsible for any data loss during the repair process.
- Access to device data is limited strictly to repair requirements.
6. Warranty
- Warranty applies only to the repaired part, not the entire device.
- Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, or mishandling after repair.
- Any unauthorized repair or tampering voids the warranty.
7. Device Collection
- Devices must be collected within a reasonable time after repair completion.
- Uncollected devices beyond 30 days may be subject to additional charges or disposal.
8. Liability
- A1 Wireless is not liable for pre-existing issues in the device.
- We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages.
9. Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse service for devices that are severely damaged, tampered with, or considered unsafe to repair.
10. Changes to Terms
A1 Wireless may update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of updated terms.
