Return & Refund Policy
While we strive to ensure customer satisfaction, we reserve the right to refuse returns, refunds, or exchanges in certain cases.
1. Repair Services
- All repair services are non-refundable once the repair is completed.
- If a customer chooses not to proceed after diagnosis, a diagnostic fee may apply.
- Refunds are not provided for issues unrelated to the original repair.
2. Service Issues & Rework
- If the same issue occurs within the warranty period, we will inspect and fix it at no additional cost.
- This applies only to the repaired part and not to new or unrelated issues.
3. Accessories & Products
- Accessories (cases, chargers, earbuds, etc.) can be returned within 3 days of purchase if unused and in original packaging.
- Used or damaged items are not eligible for return or refund.
- Refunds or exchanges are subject to inspection.
4. Refund Conditions
Refunds will only be considered if:
- The repair cannot be completed after payment
- A part installed is defective and cannot be replaced
- An error was made by our team during service
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind after repair completion
- Devices with pre-existing or hidden issues
- Physical damage after service
- Water-damaged devices (no guarantee repairs)
6. Warranty-Based Claims
- Warranty applies only to the repaired component.
- Any tampering or third-party repair voids the warranty.
- Physical or accidental damage is not covered.
7. Processing Time
- Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 5–7 business days.
