While we strive to ensure customer satisfaction, we reserve the right to refuse returns, refunds, or exchanges in certain cases.

1. Repair Services

  • All repair services are non-refundable once the repair is completed.
  • If a customer chooses not to proceed after diagnosis, a diagnostic fee may apply.
  • Refunds are not provided for issues unrelated to the original repair.

2. Service Issues & Rework

  • If the same issue occurs within the warranty period, we will inspect and fix it at no additional cost.
  • This applies only to the repaired part and not to new or unrelated issues.

3. Accessories & Products

  • Accessories (cases, chargers, earbuds, etc.) can be returned within 3 days of purchase if unused and in original packaging.
  • Used or damaged items are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Refunds or exchanges are subject to inspection.

4. Refund Conditions

Refunds will only be considered if:

  • The repair cannot be completed after payment
  • A part installed is defective and cannot be replaced
  • An error was made by our team during service

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after repair completion
  • Devices with pre-existing or hidden issues
  • Physical damage after service
  • Water-damaged devices (no guarantee repairs)

6. Warranty-Based Claims

  • Warranty applies only to the repaired component.
  • Any tampering or third-party repair voids the warranty.
  • Physical or accidental damage is not covered.

7. Processing Time

  • Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 5–7 business days.
